The Tecna Spot Welder 3664p is suitable for car body repair and is  fully automatic.

The touch-screen welding controls are able to automatically recognize the type and thickness of the metal being welded.

Inverter technology welding gun with built-in transformer matches the system. The combination of these two technologies creates an efficient machine that delivers a power of 14A using a 32A fuse only.

The water-cooled “C” gun provides a high and constant electrode force. In addition, the 13 ft. flexible and light cable connecting the gun to the machine allows a wide field of action and maneuverability.

The welding tool, transformer, arms and electrodes are completely cooled by a closed-loop cooling system.

The 3664P is a fully automatic resistance spot welder.

When in Smart Plus mode, the system will automatically recognize the metal type and metal thickness of the sheets to be welded. This feature simplifies the operator’s work as the software automatically sets specific welding parameters. This ensures the best welding quality without needing to rely on particular skills.

The touch-screen display makes the operation easy. Therefore, offering the choice of manual, automatic or specific programs of the car manufacturers. It is also possible to upload new welding programs or send data to a PC for a further elaboration.

The water-cooled “C” gun provides a high and constant electrode force,  even with the different arm shapes of up to 635 mm. The flexible and light 4000 mm (13 ft.) cable connecting the gun to the machine allows a wide field of action and maneuverability without strong magnetic fields.
